Thank you for shopping at Novibaba (https://novibaba.shop/). This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for all orders placed on our platform.
1. Business Model
Novibaba is a dropshipping store. We do not hold inventory in stock. All orders are processed through third-party suppliers who ship products directly to you from their warehouses (commonly in China or other countries).
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide to most countries. However, we reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions due to logistical issues, sanctions, or high risk of loss.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, the order is forwarded to the supplier for fulfillment. During peak periods or high demand, processing may take longer.
4. Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Typical shipping durations are:
- 10 to 25 days for many destinations
- 20 to 45 days for remote areas or countries with complex customs procedures
Actual delivery time depends on your location, the supplier’s location, and customs clearance in your country.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight and size
- Destination country
- Chosen shipping method (standard is default)
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the order is cancelled before shipping or the item is not delivered due to supplier error.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided or on the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking updates may be limited until the package reaches your country.
7. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
- You are fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your government.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by you directly to the relevant authorities.
- We are not responsible for packages held or seized by customs.
8. Delays and Lost Packages
Novibaba is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Carrier issues
- Incorrect shipping address provided by you
- Force majeure events (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier first. For lost packages (confirmed by the carrier), we will investigate with the supplier and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Redelivery fees may apply if the package needs to be resent.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please contact us before shipping if you need to make changes.
11. Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may be shipped separately. You will be charged only the shipping fees shown at checkout.
