1. Business Model
Novibaba is a dropshipping retailer. We do not maintain physical inventory. When you place an order, it is passed to third-party suppliers (often located in China and other countries), who ship the products directly to you. This allows us to offer competitive prices and a wide selection of products such as beauty items, makeup tools, gadgets, smart devices, and lifestyle products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country of residence to use our services. By using Novibaba, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
- Creating an account is optional but recommended for order tracking.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.
4. Products, Descriptions & Pricing
- All product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided by our suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all details (including colors and features) are error-free.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or correct pricing/availability errors at any time.
5. Orders and Payments
- Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party processors. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available options.
- You authorize us to charge the full amount including product price, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.
- All sales are final unless a return is approved under our Return Policy.
6. Shipping and Delivery (Worldwide)
- We ship worldwide via third-party suppliers and international carriers.
- Delivery times are estimates only — typically 10 to 45 days depending on your location, customs clearance, and supplier processing time.
- International customers are fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country. These are not included in the displayed price or shipping cost.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the item is handed over to the carrier by the supplier.
- Novibaba is not liable for delays, lost packages, or customs issues caused by third parties.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Refer to our Return & Refund Policy (available on the website). General terms:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (especially for international returns).
- Items such as personalized products, intimate apparel, beauty consumables, opened electronics, and certain hygiene items may be non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed after the supplier inspects the returned item and are issued to the original payment method (usually within 7–14 business days).
- Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped by the supplier.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Novibaba or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to browse and shop on the Platform for personal use only. Scraping, copying, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Place fraudulent or false orders.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the Platform’s operation or security.
- Violate any applicable laws in Kenya or your country of residence.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Platform and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
- Novibaba is not responsible for product quality issues (these should be directed to the manufacturer), shipping delays, or customs problems.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novibaba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novibaba, its owners, employees, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on the website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Novibaba shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
